• Atlantic Medical Recruitment (“AMR”) is authorized to recruit doctors through their recruitment specialists.
  • AMR reserve the right to review and approve candidate profiles in advance of interviews being scheduled by AMR if such review is deemed necessary to regulate the quantity and quality of candidates under consideration.
  • Interviews are conducted in person.  Telephonic and/or video conference conversations may however be used to supplement in-person interviews.
  • Hire/No-hire recommendations are made by AMR.  The cruise line company has the final (and only) decision on whether employment will be offered to a recommended candidate.
  • In the event that the cruise line company does not offer employment to a candidate, AMR will not be held liable for any damages and/or expenses incurred of whatsoever nature as a result of a candidate being unsuccessful.
  • A successful candidate will enter into a contract of employment the cruise line company and not with AMR, and no employer / employee relationship will at any time exist between the successful candidate and AMR.
  • Please note that a successful interview is only the first step in the application process.  Thereafter a candidate needs to pass a seafarer’s medical fitness examination, and obtain a police clearance certificate as well as the necessary travel documentation. AMR cannot be held responsible in any way if, subsequent to making a “Hire” recommendation the cruise line company, such candidate is unable to meet the aforesaid criteria and/or obtain the required documentation.
